Payment Terms
Payments for the Service are due in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected by the User. The User authorizes the Company to charge the payment method provided for all due amounts. The setup fee is a one-time charge due at the time of initial subscription. You agree to pay all applicable fees on time and in accordance with the payment terms provided.

Each plan and membership tier includes specific features as detailed in the Service descriptions. These features are subject to change at the Company’s discretion. Users will be notified of any significant changes to their Service features.

Cancellation and Refunds
The User may cancel their subscription at any time through the User’s account management page or by providing a 30-day written notice to

[email protected]. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. The Company does not provide refunds for any fees paid, including setup fees and prepaid subscription/membership fees.

3. Broker Disclosure and Responsibilities

Broker Role:

OnPurpose Business Solutions, LLC acts as a broker to connect clients with third-party lenders for business funding and non-owner occupied real estate investment loans. We do not directly provide loans or financial products.

Fees and Commissions:

OnPurpose Business Solutions, LLC may receive fees or commissions from third-party lenders or service providers for referring clients. These fees or commissions do not affect the terms of the loans or services offered to clients. We will disclose any such fees or commissions to you in advance.

Client Consent for Referrals: By using our Services, you consent to being referred to third-party lenders or service providers. You acknowledge and agree that OnPurpose Business Solutions, LLC may receive compensation for these referrals.

No Guarantee of Loan Approval:

OnPurpose Business Solutions, LLC does not guarantee that clients will be approved for loans or other financial products by third-party lenders. Loan approval is subject to the lender’s criteria and requirements.

4. Nationwide Service Coverage

OnPurpose Business Solutions, LLC provides services to clients in all 50 states within the United States. However, certain services may be subject to state-specific regulations, and it is the client's responsibility to ensure compliance with their local laws.
