3. Membership Pricing and Payment Terms

Monthly Fee: $147

Yearly Fee: $1,470 (equivalent to two months free)

One-Time Setup Fee: $147 (non-refundable, due at the time of initial subscription)

Payment Authorization: You authorize OBS to charge your payment method for all applicable fees on a recurring basis for the selected billing cycle.

Optional services, such as trust setup and additional expert consultations, are available at member pricing.

OBS acts as a broker for business funding and non-owner occupied real estate loans. OBS does not guarantee loan approvals, as all approvals are subject to lender criteria.

OBS provides services across all 50 states in the United States. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with their state’s specific regulations.

8. User Responsibilities
